Return & Refund Policy

At Cozy Collective, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Hoodie blankets, scarves, shawls, and hot water bottles must be returned in clean, resellable condition.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used wearable items

  • Opened or used hot water bottles

  • Items damaged due to misuse


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for incorrect items received.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.
